What people are saying about

My photo
Sarah Jones
An introvert who likes public speaking, I'm a research scientist, an aspiring author and an expert in awkward socializing. I love taking selfies, dancing poorly and creating theme songs for my friends' and family's pets. My mom and brother are here in Maryland and I have extended family in Vermont where I grew up. After a powerful conversion experience, I entered the Catholic Church on Easter Vigil 2011 and recently spent three years discerning the Religious life. I used to volunteer twice a week with a faith based prison ministry and I help out a lot with a homeless winter relief shelter and an AIDS hospice. Right now I'm in formation with the Lay Missionaries of Charity. Please note that The Great Jesus Experiment is a conversion diary and, therefore, the earliest posts may seem a bit crude to folks who have come to know me within the last 7ish years.
